Model:  Ultima 300-E

This Hayssen Ultima vertical form, fill and seal machine forms packaging material into a bag, fills the bag with product, seals, and ejects the filled bag.

The machine’s exclusive packaging material registration rollers and continuous motion creates packages at high speed.

A forming tube assembly bonds the outside of the packaging material to form a tube.  During the next cycle, the tube is lowered to the end seal and the product fill position.

In addition, this machine is fitted with the Yamato Automatic Weighing System and an Allen Bradley CNC Control System
