Apex cap printing machine, Model S40 with Allen Bradley Versa View GE1250H / SLC500/05 control.

Serial No.102767 (2004). Used for side decoration printing of aluminium closures commonly used in the wine and spirits industry.

Line speed approximately 500 caps per minute. Aluminium closure dimensions 30 and 31.5mm diameter x 35mm – 60mm long.

Line consists of :-

Bulk Hopper and elevator for loading of shells/caps, Orientation bowl, Feed conveyor, Flame treatment / draw lubricant removal system, Feed conveyor,

C-9001 Apex UV printer incorporating primer station, 4 colour print station, overcoat station and UV drying after each station, Post cure thermal oven, Feed conveyors.

Electrics 400volt 3 phase 50 hZ

Air supply is at 70 psi (5 bar)
